We are looking for a **Human Resources Analyst** to perform generalist activities in the area, ensuring organization, accuracy, and support for operational and administrative demands of the department. The professional will be responsible for supporting R&S processes, personnel administration, registrations, payroll routines, and contributing to the smooth execution of HR procedures. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Conducting **Recruitment and Selection** processes, including contract mobilization. * Administration and **management of benefits**. * Operation of HR systems, especially **Sênior (Rubi/Ronda)**. * Performing tasks related to the **Usiminas Portal**. * Utilizing the **Office Suite**, with focus on intermediate/advanced Excel. * Maintaining **employee records** (digital and physical formats). * Updating HR databases, including hires, terminations, vacations, and absences. * Supporting **payroll preparation** by providing information such as absences, bonuses, leaves, and other occurrences. **Requirements** * Proven experience in the described activities. * Knowledge of the **Sênior – Rubi/Ronda** system. * Experience with **Usiminas Portal** routines (a differentiator). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Organization, proactivity, and professional confidentiality. **Benefits** * Health Plan **Unimed** * Dental Plan * Pharmacy Discount Program * Life Insurance * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Pay: R$2,500.00 - R$3,500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
