Then this opportunity may be right for you! **About the position** As a Civil Works Purchaser, you will be responsible for procuring the materials, equipment, and technical services required to execute our heavy civil engineering projects. Your role will be strategic, focusing on achieving optimal cost\-effectiveness, appropriate delivery timelines, and the required quality standards for construction sites. You will also actively participate in planning and supporting operational departments, directly contributing to operational efficiency, cost reduction, and project performance. **Responsibilities:** Conduct quotations and negotiations for materials and services related to civil works; Select and develop reliable, competitive suppliers; Analyze projects and technical specifications jointly with engineering teams; Ensure materials comply with established quality standards and delivery timelines; Manage contracts and supplier relationships; Monitor performance indicators and prepare strategic reports; Support project planning and execution with a supply-chain perspective. Requirements: **For this opportunity, we seek a professional with:** Solid procurement experience in civil construction projects (materials, equipment, and services); Ability to identify solutions that optimize costs and timelines; Technical knowledge of civil construction materials and outsourced services; Strong negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills; Knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings will be considered an advantage; Experience in infrastructure or heavy construction projects is an advantage. Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. Intermediate computer proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. **Education:** Completed High School.
