You will be responsible for supporting the sales team and handling operational tasks such as preparing proposals and orders, following up on scheduled customer contacts, tracking processes via the system, and managing spreadsheets listing active and inactive customers. **This position is 100% on-site.** Responsibilities include: * Supporting the sales team by assisting in customer acquisition and relationship management. * Qualifying leads and entering information into the system. * Contacting customers via phone calls, e\-mails, and WhatsApp according to demand, ensuring agile and efficient service. * Preparing and negotiating proposals and orders, as well as monitoring the sales process and post\-sales service. * Managing and sending promotional campaigns in accordance with guidelines established by management. * Performing other duties inherent to the role, as required by the company. Minimum Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in commercial roles involving sales support or direct sales is preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
