




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support routine administrative tasks, serve as an interface with internal departments, and manage strategic service providers. We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to be a key point of support for administrative routines and to serve as the interface with internal departments and **strategic service providers**. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Providing administrative and telephone customer service, ensuring agility and clarity in directing requests; * Welcoming visitors, clients, and suppliers with a professional demeanor aligned with company culture; * Managing office supplies, from procurement to inventory control; * Requesting and tracking courier, motorcycle messenger, and general delivery services; * Serving as the focal point for relationships with **service providers**: **IT, telecommunications, security, building maintenance, and travel agencies**, monitoring service tickets and ensuring deadlines and quality; * Supporting administrative routines, internal controls, and document organization; * Collaborating on corporate event, meeting, and schedule organization; * Assisting with diverse administrative tasks, maintaining a keen eye on process improvements. **What we expect from you:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields is preferred); * Prior experience in administrative routines and supplier relationship management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills, sense of priority, and attention to detail; * A collaborative, dynamic profile with autonomy and accountability; * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a constantly evolving environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience managing service providers; * A problem-solving mindset focused on continuous improvement; * Affinity for organized, collaborative, and results-oriented environments. **What we offer:** Competitive salary, meal allowance or food voucher (5% payroll deduction), transportation allowance or parking, and after probation period: health and dental insurance plans, pharmacy benefits, and Wellhub.
