The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising, controlling, and optimizing manufacturing production processes. He/she manages work teams and ensures that action plans and manufacturing processes are carried out according to schedules and specifications. Additionally, he/she is responsible for analyzing and planning production, managing material and human resources to ensure batches are produced efficiently, in accordance with quality standards and within the stipulated deadlines. Requirements Experience as a Supervisor in production, manufacturing, or logistics areas, preferably in manufacturing or industrial production within medium- and large-sized companies. Prior experience in supervising, training, and motivating production teams, with a focus on achieving established goals and results. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
