




Job Summary: Act as a direct interface with the client, handling logistics requests, managing import/export processes, and ensuring compliance with customs regimes. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring compliance with the Repetro customs regime Act as a direct interface with the client, receiving, organizing, and tracking logistics requests. \* Monitor import and export processes as well as logistics and customs documents, such as packing lists, invoices, DANFE, DUE, DI, among others. \* Ensure proper classification of materials under the special Repetro customs regime (and Repetro-Sped), guaranteeing compliance with legal obligations. \* Weekly issuance of the client’s material inventory report. \* Update and manage materials management systems and integrated logistics platforms (WMS). \* Handle import and export processes, liaising with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers. \* Support logistics coordination in preparing cargo movement reports and performance indicators (KPIs). \* Knowledge of issuing storage and transportation invoices. \* Schedule with carriers for cargo pickup at TECA (import), at the Base (Port Call), and on board the vessel (return from Port Call). \* Monitor the client’s cargo shipment until it reaches the vessel. \* Contact suppliers to discuss possible adjustments to deliveries.
