Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Dimensioning and designing operational layouts for Fulfillments, Cross Dockings, and Service Centers aligned with industry-leading standards. * Planning site growth to ensure capacity aligns with the business plan. * Developing business cases for investments in infrastructure and new technologies. * Leading and technically evaluating procurement processes with the Purchasing team, as well as leading detailed engineering efforts with suppliers and internal teams. * Coordinating capacity planning with S\&OP and Network Design teams. **Requirements:** * Hold a completed undergraduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Lead the development of business cases for logistics projects. * Have experience designing production facilities, warehousing, and/or transportation systems, plus advanced Excel knowledge for logistics process analysis, productivity, and more. * Produce technical drawings in AutoCAD and work with automation technologies and steel structures. Advanced English is desirable. * Be available for travel within São Paulo and occasional trips, own vehicle required.
