Monitors monthly construction project costs in accordance with the current budget, identifies potential cost overrun trends, and proposes corrective actions to ensure efficient expenditure control during construction execution. * Monitor and analyze operational costs of ongoing construction projects * Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts for ongoing construction projects * Participate in cost accounting for production and services related to ongoing construction projects * Identify budget variances and propose corrective actions * Collaborate in preparing managerial reports on costs of ongoing construction projects * Analyze and interpret financial performance indicators of construction projects * Assist in implementing improvements to cost control processes * Perform other related and inherent duties as required and directed by leadership Currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Production Engineering.
