Come be part of this community! **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Updating meeting materials for routine meetings in Stratws; * Participating in routine meetings of General Managers; * Conducting critical analysis of developed action plans; * Updating leadership logbooks; * Implementing VPS in the Directorate; * Performing periodic self-assessments of VPS; * Monitoring registered best practices; * Validating standard checks according to process reviews; * Validating process mappings; * Checking records maintained by management teams; * Preparing the Directorate’s VPS Forum; * Updating the Directorate’s training matrix; * Verifying newly mandatory trainings to include in SharePoint; * Updating indicators in Stratws; * Validating indicators and developing a breakdown tree; * Reviewing the Directorate’s risk mapping; * Developing the Directorate’s DSSMA schedule; **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields. * Experience in planning for industrial projects. * Knowledge or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management Systems (EMS) is desirable.
