We are expanding our team and seeking a **Recruitment and Selection Analyst** to handle **professional sourcing**, aligned with the profiles of our clients’ job openings. This person will be a key player in **our selection process stages**, conducting proactive and strategic talent search, screening candidates, and ensuring delivery of qualified candidates. If you’re looking for an opportunity to enter the organizational field but don’t yet have extensive experience—and want to learn and grow—this opportunity may be right for you! **Responsibilities** * Draft and publish job descriptions on appropriate recruitment channels. * Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives and continuous improvement actions within the recruitment process. * Send and track satisfaction surveys for clients and candidates. * Develop sourcing strategies, including use of job platforms, social media, and referrals. * Make direct contact with professionals via phone calls, messages, and emails. * Proactively attract candidates matching the profiles of open positions. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior recruitment experience is a plus; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Proactivity and creative thinking to explore diverse approaches in talent sourcing; * Ability to make numerous daily connections—by phone, social media, or digital platforms. **What we offer:** * Market-competitive salary; * Benefits including meal allowance, life insurance, and Gympass; * Collaborative environment and growth opportunities. **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM — 2-hour lunch break; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
