Monitor SEO and manage deadlines for monthly content publications. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Develop and implement** digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives; * **Plan, execute, and optimize** campaigns across multiple channels—including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads—with a focus on ROI; * **Oversee the editorial calendar** and digital brand positioning across social media, inbound marketing, and branding campaigns; * **Design and manage** conversion funnels, marketing automation, and lead nurturing; * **Conduct market research**, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities; * **Monitor** SEO and implement continuous improvements to our website, blogs, and landing pages; * **Manage deadlines** for delivering the monthly social media content schedule. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Design, Communications, or related fields; * Proficiency in campaign analytics and management tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, among others; * Knowledge of digital marketing; * Experience producing audiovisual content for social media; * Familiarity with video and image editing tools; * Proficiency in major digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.); * Ability to write clear and persuasive copy; * Willingness to learn about the franchise industry; * Easy access to the Cambuí neighborhood in Campinas; * Hybrid position.
