Empathy and respect are foundational pillars of our team. **Job Description** We are looking for a **Mid-to-Senior Backend Go Developer**, specializing in building native integrations, to develop and enhance integrations between Clicksign and key external market systems. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy solving real-world integration challenges and who prioritize building features that deliver tangible value to customers—while ensuring service security and scalability. You will collaborate remotely within a multidisciplinary team, working closely with Product, Design, QA, and Partner Engineering teams. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and evolve **native integrations and backend services in Go**, prioritizing stability, clarity, and reliability. * Build and consume **RESTful APIs**, integrating Clicksign with external systems. * Define technical standards (architecture, observability, integration, security), documenting them via RFCs and ADRs. * Implement integrations based on **webhooks, events, and asynchronous workflows**. * Work with **API contracts**, versioning, and consistent error handling. * Collaborate with Design, Product, and QA to ensure integrations solve real customer problems. * Write **readable, testable code aligned with engineering best practices**. * Participate actively in **code reviews** and collaborative technical discussions. * Support maintenance and evolution of existing production integrations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * 4+ years of experience in software engineering. * Production experience with Go. * Experience designing complex system architectures, microservices, and high-volume integrations. * Proven experience with AWS (managed services, networking, security, automation). * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. * Solid knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., Postgres, DynamoDB, Datomic). * Experience with AWS messaging services (SQS, SNS). * Proficiency in Git and version control best practices. * Hands-on experience in **consumption and development of RESTful APIs**. * Experience with **API authentication, authorization, and security**. **Nice-to-have:** * Production experience with Ruby. * Operations and monitoring of production systems using tools such as Datadog. * Knowledge of **service-oriented architectures**. * Experience with **queues, events, or asynchronous processing**. **Bonus:** * Experience integrating large-scale enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or TOTVS. * Experience with B2B integrations in corporate environments. * Experience in high-scale, fast-growing environments. **Additional Information** **What Can You Expect From Us?** **** * 100% remote work. * A culture of trust, results orientation, significant challenge, and continuous learning. * Autonomy and leadership in an environment rich in collaboration and empathy. * A feedback-oriented culture, including regular 1:1 meetings with empathetic leadership—no micromanagement. * Comprehensive benefits including meal/food allowance, childcare assistance, remote work allowance, health benefits, education and culture allowances, Gympass, birthday time-off, discounts on therapy and English courses, and other partnerships.
