You will propose structural improvements to people management processes, promote a data-driven culture across teams and leadership, ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency, and contribute to enhancing the employee experience and People & Culture practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields; Solid experience with Excel and Power BI; Experience managing and monitoring KPIs; Experience with predictive modeling and advanced analytics.
