We are looking for a talent to join the **Claims Management Information Planning** team within the **Operations and Claims** Directorate — the area responsible for creating and monitoring performance dashboards and indicators, developing controls, forecasts, and studies aimed at identifying performance deviations and mapping cost optimization opportunities aligned with our strategy, vision, and mission. We seek a Data Scientist to join our **analytical intelligence** team, with the challenge of developing predictive models, structuring advanced analyses, and transforming data into strategic insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement of our business processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** On a day-to-day basis, you will: * Develop, train, and validate predictive and prescriptive models using Machine Learning algorithms and statistical techniques; * Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, opportunities, and trends; * Build and maintain structured, scalable data pipelines; * Process, clean, and prepare large volumes of data from multiple sources; * Design and monitor performance metrics to evaluate implemented models; * Carry out statistical studies, simulations, and hypothesis testing to solve business problems; * Document developed processes, models, and methodologies; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of data policies, standards, governance, and quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** As basic requirements, you must have: * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or related fields (mandatory); * Experience with Python and ML libraries (mandatory); * Experience with Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and modern data architectures (preferred); * Hands-on experience handling large volumes of data, dataset structuring, GIT, and code versioning (mandatory); * Experience in generative AI and LLM projects (preferred); * Proficiency in SQL and relational and non-relational databases (mandatory); * Solid knowledge of applied statistics and regression/classification (mandatory); * Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, MLOps, CI/CD, and model deployment (preferred); * Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker (preferred). **Additional Information** Our daily schedule offers flexible hours.
