Responsibilities and Duties **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Make telephone contact with customers; * Negotiate outstanding balances or confirm upcoming invoices; * Send bank slips and invoices; * Contact internal departments when necessary; * Provide active and passive customer service; * Control and report your individual customer portfolio.
