A Vehicle Protection Company is seeking a Collections Analyst in Ipatinga. **Responsibilities:** Conduct active collections from customers. Negotiate overdue debts. Record contacts, interaction histories, and negotiations. Schedule follow-ups. Identify delinquency and propose solutions to prevent policy cancellations. Instruct customers on using the mobile application to retrieve payment slips. Perform other duties related to this role. Previous experience as a Credit Analyst, Receivables Analyst, Collections Specialist, or Collections Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position. Completed elementary education.
