




The cashier is responsible for opening and closing the cash register, as well as processing and receiving payments, including issuing invoices. * Receive customer payments, handle cash, credit/debit cards, checks, or other payment methods. * Issue invoices or receipts to customers as proof of purchase. * Provide courteous customer service by answering questions about products, prices, promotions, and directing customers to the correct store sections. * Ensure the cash register is always stocked with change, accurately record all transactions, and maintain an organized workplace. * Ensure security and loss prevention by monitoring suspicious customer behavior and verifying that all items are properly scanned and paid for. * Maintain transaction records and daily sales reports.
