




The cashier operator is responsible for opening and closing the cash register, as well as processing and receiving payments, including issuing invoices. In addition to administrative tasks, the cashier plays a key role in direct customer service, being responsible for completing the purchase. * Receive customer payments, handle cash, credit/debit cards, checks, or other payment methods. * Issue invoices or receipts to customers as proof of purchase. * Serve customers courteously by answering questions about products, prices, promotions, and directing customers to the correct store sections. * Ensure the cash register is always stocked with change, accurately record all transactions, and keep the work area organized. * Maintain security and loss prevention by observing suspicious customer behavior and ensuring all items are properly scanned and paid for. * Keep records of transactions and daily sales reports.
