**Main Responsibilities:** * Gather and analyze data to identify performance areas, * Develop workflows, business models, and strategies to improve results, * Create and present reports to management; supervise the implementation of changes and improvements in reviewed processes, * Conduct visits to company units to inspect equipment and procedures, * Monitor the effectiveness of updated workflows, * Stay up-to-date with the latest industry practices, advancements, and technologies, * Assess needs, interpret complex data and metrics to report to senior management, * Document process modeling activities for reference, * Create a clear process map and business requirements scheme, identifying issues and risks, * Map activity flows, identify failures, create process performance indicators, audit methods, practices, and protocols, * Actively participate in the execution and management of projects and processes; register product structures in the ERP system, * Upload photos into the system and adjust layout information, * Track the activity schedule of processes, * Define departmental KPIs, * Manage technical documentation and support the technical team, * Map manufacturing process flowcharts and project flowcharts, * Prepare technical drawings (Solidworks) **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
