We are responsible for supporting the definition and execution of strategies to optimize sales and achieve company goals. We work with data, market analysis, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive results. The **Junior Commercial Planning Analyst** will support improvements to the CRM (Salesforce) system and assist in data collection and analysis, helping plan commercial initiatives and monitor goals and outcomes. This professional will collaborate cross-functionally across departments, delivering insights to support decision-making. We seek an analytical, multidisciplinary profile with strong learning motivation. Daily responsibilities for this role include: * **Support CRM usage improvement**, identifying needs and proposing system adjustments and automations in collaboration with the IT team. * **Analyze data and generate insights** related to sales team performance, supporting the creation of reports to monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities. * **Support commercial process management**, contributing to the implementation and optimization of sales, marketing, and customer service processes—ensuring interdepartmental integration to maximize efficiency and revenue generation. * **Assist in continuous improvement projects**, aimed at optimizing sales performance and customer service. * **Contribute to market research** to support strategy definition for product and service prospecting. * **Collaborate with internal departments** to promote integration and improve commercial outcomes. * **Develop reports and presentations** containing performance analyses and project status updates. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. **Required knowledge:** * Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) * Knowledge of commercial processes * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint **Desired knowledge:** * Familiarity with the electric power sector * Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) **Additional information** * Location: São Paulo/SP * Work format: Hybrid.
