We are looking for a **Senior Data Analyst**. We seek a Senior Data Analyst to strategically handle, analyze, and visualize institutional data, supporting business areas with accurate information and intelligent dashboards that drive decision-making. **Who we are and why we’re hiring**. Our employees are our greatest and most valuable asset; therefore, we seek dynamic professionals passionate about IT, innovation, and quality—who place the customer first, yet also prioritize their own well-being and that of the entire team, valuing continuous learning. **Job responsibilities**: * Process and prepare data for indicator calculations by querying structured, semi-structured, and unstructured sources stored in a Data Lake or Data Warehouse; * Develop analytical dashboards and reports using visualization standards defined by supervision; * Monitor and validate institutional indicators alongside business areas, contributing to the data dictionary and information governance; * Propose metrics and build data quality monitoring dashboards, identifying and reporting deviations; * Document data products and indicators, translating business rules into technical instructions for ongoing maintenance; * Conduct exploratory analyses, applying statistical and visualization techniques to identify patterns and trends; * Address business-area analysis requests by interpreting needs, proposing solutions, and ensuring timely delivery. **Mandatory requirements** • Bachelor’s degree completed in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Knowledge of: SQL and relational databases; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar); Applied statistics and exploratory analysis; Advanced Excel; Information security and data governance; Interface design, user experience, and data visualization. **Desirable requirements** • Postgraduate degree in Data Analysis, BI, or Big Data; * Knowledge of Python or R; * Intermediate certifications (Power BI Data Analyst Associate, SQL Database Fundamentals, or Google Data Analytics Professional). **Expected start date**: Immediate start **Experience level**: Mid-level **Employment type**: CLT **Work model**: Hybrid — 3 days per week onsite **Preferred education**: Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Systems Analysis. **Languages**: Portuguese Interested in this opportunity? **Apply now!** Please don’t forget to include your salary expectations and availability to start.
