**Position: Controller Analyst** Act as a strategic partner to management, ensuring reliable financial information, efficiency in controlling industrial costs, and qualified support for decision-making through advanced analyses, strategic indicators, and data intelligence. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor the corporate budget (budget and forecast). * Conduct economic-financial performance analyses (management income statement, margin, profitability). * Analyze industrial costs (direct, indirect, absorption, and variable). * Develop and maintain dashboards with financial and operational KPIs. * Conduct economic feasibility studies and return on investment (ROI) analyses. * Support internal and external audits, ensuring accounting and tax compliance. * Automate controller functions using BI tools. * Integrate data and reports via TOTVS/Datasul ERP. **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in **industrial controller functions** is desirable. * Proficiency in **TOTVS/Datasul ERP** (a plus). * Intermediate knowledge of Excel and BI tools (Power BI, SQL). * Experience in cost analysis, budgeting, profitability, and management indicators. * Knowledge of accounting and tax standards (IFRS, SPED) is desirable. * Familiarity with indicators such as **EBITDA, contribution margin, and break-even point**. * Experience with **Budget, Forecast, OPEX, CAPEX, and Management Income Statement (DRE)**.
