Compliance with safety regulations (NR-38) 2 - Brief Job Description Responsible for tree pruning, especially trees posing risks to high- and low-voltage power grids, structures, or people. 3 - Main Job Responsibilities Prune branches near or in contact with the electrical grid (high- and low-voltage). Perform tree cutting, crown cleaning, topping, and removal of dead or diseased species. Use chainsaws, branch pruners, large shears, and small machinery. Use personal protective equipment (helmet, gloves, boots) and collective protective equipment, complying with safety regulations (e.g., NR-38 for urban cleaning/pruning). Perform cleanup and collection of branches and residues resulting from pruning. Comply with guidelines issued by power utility companies to ensure public lighting efficiency and prevent outages.
