




**Description: Apply quickly by email:** **Responsibilities and desired experience:** A growing payroll consulting company is seeking a professional with strong technical expertise and experience in BPO client support to work as a Senior HR Analyst, with a dynamic, organized profile and the ability to guide managers and legal representatives. **Key responsibilities:** Responsible for all HR department routines. Payroll closing, accruals, and accounting reconciliations. Calculation of vacations, terminations, labor charges, and statutory obligations. Control and closing of electronic timekeeping. Hirings, occupational medical exams tracking, and monthly deductions entries. **Management and operation of benefits:** health, transportation, pharmacy, dental, life insurance, etc. Client and manager support and guidance on processes and obligations. Generation of payroll for multiple clients and handling local BPO requests. Accountability reporting and proactive responsibility for routines vis-à-vis the client.
