




**Job Description:** **Requirements:** * Experience in the food industry – preferably dairy and industries producing milk derivatives – such as production, quality, or laboratory. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to complete physical and digital records efficiently. **Job Description:** * Conduct benchtop physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses, governed by SIF/MAPA regulations. * Ensure products and services meet established quality standards through daily inspections. * Implement corrective and preventive actions to address deviations from Good Manufacturing Practices. * Perform quality monitoring analyses on products in process and finished products (Brix, color, temperature, viscosity, etc). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical education in food science, chemistry, clinical analysis, laboratory technology, or another technical or undergraduate program related to the food industry – completed or in progress. * Knowledge of industrial laboratories is a plus. * Experience with systems is a plus.
