The candidate must demonstrate proactivity, responsibility, attention to detail, and interest in learning about logistics and supply chain management. **What challenges will you face here?** The main challenge the intern may encounter is handling the dynamism and agility required in a high-demand environment. It will be necessary to learn how to maintain inventory control and organization even during periods of high activity, carefully monitor deadlines, and rapidly adapt to internal processes. Additionally, interaction with various departments and suppliers demands strong communication skills and a willingness to resolve problems promptly and responsibly. **What are the Supply Chain Intern’s routine activities?** **Management of Pickups and Deliveries:** Coordinate and monitor the use of the valet car for picking up goods from suppliers; Ensure efficient and timely delivery of collected goods to the resorts’ warehouses. **Purchase Order Follow-up**: Monitor the status of all purchase orders, from issuance through final delivery; Proactively communicate with suppliers to ensure adherence to deadlines and resolve potential delays; Update internal stakeholders on order progress. **Truck Schedule Organization:** Monitor and organize supplier truck arrival and departure schedules at the warehouses; Assist in optimizing scheduling to prevent bottlenecks and improve receiving flow; Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth receiving processes. **General Support to the Department:** Provide administrative support to the Logistics and Supply Chain team; Assist in organizing documents and information; Participate in other department-related activities as needed. **What do we offer the Nutrition Intern?** Beyond remuneration, you’ll find a relaxed environment, a diverse team, outstanding results, and numerous opportunities to learn and grow.
