**Key Responsibilities** * Supervise store infrastructure, ensuring full operational functionality of facilities and compliance with scheduled maintenance deadlines and established standards; * Manage third-party contracts and teams, conducting regular inspections and ensuring adherence to technical and safety standards; * Administer the departmental budget, monitoring payments, tax entries, and monthly financial controls; * Lead implementation, renovation, and expansion projects, tracking progress stages, investments, and execution quality; * Conduct technical evaluations of new commercial locations and provide support during unit openings, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and operational efficiency; * Enhance and qualify the supplier base, coordinate competitive bidding processes (BIDs), and prepare periodic reports on maintenance and projects. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Willingness to travel; * Experience in facilities management, building maintenance, construction, and retail expansion.
