Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for the factory’s building infrastructure—including administrative buildings, locker rooms, cafeterias, offices, roofs, sewage systems, and external lighting. Control inventory of construction materials, tools, and equipment. Prepare cost estimates for minor repairs or improvement projects, ensuring efficient use of financial resources. Inspect and verify the quality of completed services, ensuring compliance with technical standards, company safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Supervise the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by team members. Manage the contracting of third-party companies for specialized services such as major renovations, waterproofing, or specialized installations. Supervise contracts and ensure services are delivered according to scope and safety standards. Serve as the liaison between the building maintenance team and other departments within the factory. Prepare periodic reports on project progress, costs, and identified issues.
