





Pursuing an undergraduate degree in technology-related fields (Computer Science, Technical Support, IT, Systems Analysis, etc.). Familiarity with technology, computers, Windows, Microsoft Office suite, printers, software installation, and mobile devices (Android and iPhone). Responsibilities: **** Exclusively provide online customer support via our ticket management system; Manage and track support tickets with attention to detail and deadlines; Guide customers on proper system usage, answer questions, and provide functional support; Identify potential issues and, when necessary, escalate them to the development team; Perform remote access to the customer’s system for analysis or technical support when required; Communicate internally with sales and technical departments to resolve specific requests, etc. Stipend: R$ 1,300.00 Transportation allowance and meal voucher (R$ 400.00 per month). Working hours: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (15-minute break). Must reside in São José dos Campos or Jacareí.
