People management and quality control **Supervisor** **Job Objective** Responsible for **managing and coordinating cleaning teams**, ensuring that hygiene and safety standards are maintained. The supervisor will serve as the liaison between operational teams, the company's HR department, and the end client. **Requirements:** * Own transportation * Experience in team leadership * Availability to work one night shift per week for supervision of tasks * Availability to perform duties in Marechal and Maceió. * Experience: Minimum of 1 year supervising operational teams (services or logistics sector). * Skills: Good communication, proactivity, and basic proficiency in WhatsApp for report submission. * Preferred Qualification: Knowledge of chemical dilution and ergonomics standards for cargo handling. **Main Responsibilities** * People Management: Lead cleaning assistants and cargo handling assistants, schedule shifts, train new employees, and plan and assign tasks * Quality Control: Conduct periodic rounds at workstations to verify compliance with contractual service requirements (Checklist) * Supply Management: Monitor the distribution and usage of PPE, cleaning products, and materials to prevent waste * Client Relations: Address daily client requests, resolve conflicts, and pursue continuous improvement * Occupational Safety: Ensure all employees use safety equipment and comply with regulations (especially during cargo loading/unloading).
