As a sales representative, you will contact prospective students who have already expressed interest in enrolling in one of our courses. This outreach will be conducted via phone calls, WhatsApp, or social media. Your role will be to transform lives through professional qualification. Prior experience in active customer prospecting is a plus. Attitude in overcoming objections and closing deals will be essential. Rest assured—you will receive comprehensive training and full support. Additionally, you must be sociable, communicative, dynamic, and possess positive energy and vibrancy to connect effectively with prospective students and your team. Compensation and Benefits Fixed salary \+ commission \+ incentives \+ bonus! Fixed monthly salary (formal employment contract): R$1\.621,00 Initial total compensation: R$2,400 to R$4,500 (fixed \+ variable). Partial tuition scholarship. Daily, biweekly, and monthly individual and team incentives. Formal employment contract (CLT), Monday to Saturday.
