We are seeking a professional responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, serving as the first point of contact with potential customers. Key responsibilities: * Conduct active lead prospecting (via email, phone, social media, etc.); * Understand potential customers’ needs and identify how our products/services can meet them; * Schedule meetings for potential customers with the sales team; * Maintain the CRM updated with relevant information about leads and pipeline progress; * Monitor trends and identify new opportunities. Requirements and Qualifications: * Prior experience in pre-sales, SDR, or related areas; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to build relationships and identify opportunities; * Results- and goal-oriented mindset; * Proficiency in CRM tools (SimpleDesk); * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
