Participate in interdisciplinary studies for organizational change The State Department of Traffic of Sergipe – DETRAN/SE, an agency belonging to the State Public Administration under the Executive Branch of the State of Sergipe, originated from the General Inspectorate of the Civil Guard and Vehicles of the Secretariat of Public Security, with the purpose of implementing the National Traffic Code, approved by Federal Law No. 5\.108 of September 21, 1966\. **Responsibilities and Duties** Participate in and develop activities and methods in the field of administration, propose standardization of work routines, participate in interdisciplinary studies for organizational change and/or diagnosis of organizational structures, define, and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of work and performance standards, and provide the necessary administrative, technical, and operational conditions for DETRAN/SE’s administration, operations, enforcement, information technology, and user service systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** Candidates who meet, cumulatively, the following conditions may apply to the selection process, without prejudice to other requirements for internships established by Federal Law No. 11\.788 of September 25, 2008, and other applicable regulations: a) Be duly enrolled and regularly attending a Higher Education Institution that has signed a Technical Cooperation Agreement or partnership agreement with this Autarchy; b) Have a weighted general average (WGA) equal to or greater than 6.0 (six); c) Must not be in the final semester of undergraduate studies. DETRAN/SE is responsible for enforcing the Brazilian Traffic Code and providing Driver Licensing and Vehicle services.
