Feel free to register for all available positions that interest you, but we recommend finalizing one application process before starting a new one. **Responsibilities and duties** **JOB MISSION:** Work alongside the Course Coordinator as a mediator and facilitator of the pedagogical process with students: guide individual learning, answer and moderate questions, advise and guide the learning process, analyze interactions, generate communication and resources, and mediate the use and handling of equipment. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:** Develop the semester activity calendar for the course (Teaching Plan) together with the professor. Monitor the development of activities, checking participation and identifying student progress and difficulties. Conduct monthly in-person meetings for classes under your responsibility, during scheduled times and in designated rooms. Evaluate in-person assignments and exams, assign grades, and record them in the virtual learning environment within deadlines agreed upon with the professor. Send welcome messages, support, encouragement for learning, and reminders regarding course activities. Guide students on how to submit assignments, complete activities and exams, access content, and send messages. Keep the responsible professor informed about student performance, as well as any problems or potential difficulties encountered while performing your role, in the course development, or within the learning environment. Act as a facilitator in student interactions using various tools and activities: forums, chat, email, library, among others. Respond to inquiries, answer student questions, and guide them through course activities via the Virtual Learning Environment and through office hours aligned with scheduled in-person class sessions. Familiarize students with the resources of the virtual learning environment, assisting them in understanding teaching materials and using communication media. Encourage students to deepen and update their knowledge of course content and to complete proposed activities, respecting differences and establishing relationships based on trust and courtesy. Motivate students to develop autonomous study methods, assisting them in searching for additional information in virtual libraries and/or other libraries. Generate and submit the Final Report according to the model defined by the Distance Learning department. **Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Databases, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Networking. **Computer skills:** Office Suite. **Additional information** **Working hours:** Afternoon/Evening – Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. **Work modality:** Remote work (with one monthly in-person meeting); **Benefits:** Medical insurance, dental insurance, meal allowance, pharmacy discount program, life insurance, tuition scholarships, and Total Pass.
