Internship in the Commercial Department \- Marketing \& Sales Responsibilities: \* Support marketing and sales routines, focusing on interaction with potential customers on social media, engagement, and creation of presentations and commercial materials. \* Monitor and respond to DMs/comments on social media, initiating first contact and forwarding qualified leads to the sales team. \* Execute engagement activities (polls, replies, event invitations, community/WhatsApp Channel). \* Develop and/or adjust commercial presentations, one\-pagers, and support materials (posts, stories, PDFs, emails). \* Assist in organizing the sales funnel: lead registration/update in CRM, scheduling meetings, and follow\-ups. \* Support campaigns (organic traffic, partnerships, email marketing) and events/webinars (lists, outreach, landing pages, reminders). \* Generate simple performance reports (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and improvement insights. \* Conduct quick market/persona research and content benchmarking.
