Support to the finance management team in essential routines **JOB OPENING – FINANCIAL ASSISTANT (Accounts Receivable)** Department: Finance – Construction Company Employment Type: Contract \| Full-time We are looking for an organized, responsible, and analytical individual to work in the finance department, focusing on accounts receivable. **Responsibilities:** * Generation and issuance of bank payment slips (boletos); * Control and monitoring of accounts receivable; * Collection activities via WhatsApp, phone, and e\-mail; * Preparation of financial reports and control spreadsheets; * Bank reconciliation; * Verification and updating of cash inflow forecasts; * Issuance and organization of financial documents and files; * Support to the finance management team in departmental routines. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s or technical degree in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields is preferred); * Intermediate knowledge of Excel; * Experience generating payment slips (boletos) and performing bank reconciliation; * Strong communication skills and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in a construction or real estate company; * Knowledge of cash flow management and financial systems.
