





(Contract type: PJ) Role/Job Description: · Plan and manage the entire construction project; · Read, interpret, and coordinate technical drawings; · Develop and monitor physical and financial schedules; · Manage in-house and subcontracted teams; · Size resources: labor, materials, and equipment; · Plan procurement and conduct inventory control; · Monitor approvals from public agencies and utility providers; · Finalize progress measurements with contractors and suppliers; · Control costs, productivity, and deadlines; · Coordinate workplace safety and compliance with technical standards; · Monitor inspections and audits; · Oversee administrative routines on-site (documentation, contracts, records, and reports); · Interface with designers, suppliers, and senior management; · Ensure quality by following company procedures and standards. · Deliver as-built documentation, operation manuals, and service acceptance documentation. Prerequisites: · Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; · Active CREA registration; · Experience with structural masonry construction systems; · Ability to interpret and analyze complex data for strategic decision-making; · Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI); · Experience interpreting technical drawings. Desirable: · Experience with ISO 9001 and PBQPH.
