Job Summary: We are seeking a Negotiation Assistant to work on university collections, serving as the main contact point between the institution and students for debt regularization. Key Highlights: 1. In-person and WhatsApp customer service focused on debt regularization. 2. Negotiation of payment methods and deadlines, aiming to retain students. 3.
