Their daily responsibilities include financial control, document organization, invoice issuance, as well as tasks related to product pricing and purchase order preparation, directly contributing to the company's financial health and smooth operations. **Responsibilities:** * **Monitoring accounts payable and receivable:** Track and update financial entries daily, ensuring proper control and scheduling of the company’s payments and receipts. * **Settlement of accounts:** Record paid and received accounts in the system, maintaining updated and accurate financial records. * **Cash flow management:** Control cash flow by analyzing inflows and outflows, assisting in decision-making to maintain the company's financial balance. * **Document organization:** Organize and archive financial, tax, and administrative documents, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with legal and accounting requirements. * **Invoice issuance:** Issue incoming and outgoing invoices, verifying data and ensuring correct taxation according to performed transactions. * **Importing incoming invoices:** Import incoming invoices into the system, ensuring proper accounting registration and adequate inventory control. * **Product pricing:** Calculate sales prices based on costs, margins, taxes, and commercial strategies, ensuring product competitiveness and profitability. * **Purchase order preparation:** Prepare purchase orders based on demand and inventory control, monitoring delivery deadlines and negotiating with suppliers when necessary. * **Collaboration with other departments:** Work together with procurement, sales, accounting, and inventory teams, providing administrative and financial support to ensure effective company operations.
