




Job Summary: The professional will deliver theoretical and practical classes, guiding and mentoring students throughout their training, and will be responsible for planning, organizing, and evaluating instruction in accordance with the SENAI Methodology. Develop and review assessments, staying updated with industry developments. * Deliver classes within your area of expertise, covering both theoretical and practical content with students, guiding and mentoring\-them during activities and exercises specific to the field, thereby contributing to students\' professional development. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan technical visits aligned with the current curricular unit being delivered. * Plan and organize internal or external practical classes, verifying machines, equipment, tools, instruments, materials, and environments required for practical instruction. * Understand the SENAI Methodology. * Apply pedagogical practices mediated according to the SENAI Methodology. * Apply the guiding principles of pedagogical practice as defined by the SENAI Methodology (capacity development, learning mediation, interdisciplinarity, contextualization, emphasis on learning how to learn, alignment between the world of work and social practices, integration of theory and practice, encouragement of critical thinking and innovation, meaningful learning, assessment of learning, and promotion of educational technology use). * Use the course plan as a reference to identify basic, technical, and socioemotional competencies to be developed. * Collaborate in curriculum review and development, ensuring alignment with current and future industrial needs. * Stay updated with trends, technologies, and innovations in the industrial sector relevant to the course. * Develop teaching plans. * Develop and review assessment items per curricular unit and semester-end assessments, following Item Response Theory (IRT) methodology, within established deadlines. * Monitor class satisfaction level (NPS). * Develop lesson plans covering competencies to be developed, knowledge objects, teaching strategies, didactic resources, technological resources, and assessment criteria. * Prepare supporting didactic materials, manuals, and specific practical guides for courses across initiation, improvement, qualification, and technical certification modalities. * Gather information about class characteristics (education level, gender, age group, persons with disabilities – PWD) to adapt teaching and learning strategies. * Design challenging and meaningful learning strategies that connect learners with professional practice, such as problem-based learning, applied research, case studies, technical projects, and integrative projects, among others. * Apply the professional education assessment system according to Item Response Theory (IRT) when designing objective exams. * Develop practical tests and other assessment methods to measure student progress. **Requirements and Qualifications** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Chemistry or related fields * Teaching and field experience * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency **Additional Information** * Number of vacancies: 01 * Location: União dos Palmares * Workload: 24 hours per week, morning shift (8:00 AM to 12:00 PM) * Fixed-term contract (08 months) * Selection process stages: Subject-specific test, micro-teaching session, and interview.
