Support is delivered via email, chat, WhatsApp, voice, and other channels. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma completed Positions available for all shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), part\-time schedules, 6x1 or 5x2\. Entry\-level positions also available. No prior experience required; however, experience in roles such as telemarketing operator, customer service representative, receptionist, call center operator, customer service analyst, customer support agent, consultant, collections agent, active or passive customer service agent, sales representative, customer service center (SAC), sales, teleoperator, interaction expert, operator, etc., is considered advantageous.
