





We are looking for a **Junior HR Analyst** to join our team! We seek a committed, organized professional who is passionate about working with people and processes. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct **Recruitment and Selection** processes (screening, interviews, feedback, and support to managers). * Execute **onboarding and offboarding** procedures, ensuring compliance and proper documentation. * Administer **benefits**, including enrollments, cancellations, and clarifying employee inquiries. * Perform **timesheet closing**, monitoring discrepancies, medical certificates, and necessary adjustments. * Manage **ASOs** (admission, periodic, termination, and job function change ASOs). * Support other HR and Personnel Department routines as needed. **Requirements:** * Degree in **Human Resources Management**, **Personnel Department**, or related fields. * Prior experience in the routines described above. * **Empathy**, strong interpersonal skills, and **proactivity**. * Attention to detail, **ethics**, and professional conduct. * Must reside in **Sumaré/SP** or surrounding areas. **Working Hours:** From **Monday to Friday**, **7:30 AM to 5:30 PM**.
