**Main Responsibilities:** * Employee onboarding registration; * Calculation of terminations, vacations, and payroll; * Calculation of labor charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF); * Time card control and closing; * Benefits management (meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, and others); * Issuance of payment guides and submission of records to e-Social; * Fulfillment of ancillary payroll-related obligations; * Client support for inquiries and guidance regarding labor legislation; * Updating and complying with CLT regulations and collective bargaining agreements. **Technical Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in HR department routines; * Knowledge of labor legislation and e-Social; * Experience in payroll closing, vacation processing, 13th salary, terminations, and other related routines; * Proficiency in calculating labor charges and submitting ancillary obligations. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines; * Proactivity and clear communication.
