Join us!** Responsibilities and Duties * Business Prospecting: Identify and develop new commercial opportunities for IT outsourcing services, focusing on delivering value to clients. * Lead Qualification: Assess potential clients to ensure alignment with the ideal profile and maximize opportunity conversion. * Needs Assessment: Understand clients’ technological challenges and propose customized, effective IT outsourcing solutions. * Strategic Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor, recommending approaches that optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency through IT outsourcing. * Proposal Development: Prepare detailed commercial proposals, including service scope, benefits, SLAs, and contractual terms. * Commercial Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of services, highlighting competitive advantages and strategic benefits. * Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions to secure agreements meeting both parties’ expectations. * Sales Closing: Manage the closing process, ensuring formalization of contracts with clients. * Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with current and prospective clients to foster loyalty and identify new opportunities. * Post-Sales Support: Monitor service delivery and ensure client satisfaction, proactively resolving issues. * Feedback Collection: Gather client insights regarding delivered services and collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement. * Continuous Improvement: Use feedback and lessons learned to refine proposals and evolve service offerings.
