Job Summary: This Young Apprentice will work as an Administrative Assistant, performing low-complexity tasks while alternating theoretical learning with departmental needs. Key Highlights: 1. Title: Young Apprentice – Administrative Assistant (CBO 4110\-10\) Location: Alagoinhas/BA \- On-site Work Requirements * Be aged between 18 and 21 years (except Persons with Disabilities) * Have completed high school * Be available for morning and afternoon shifts * Reside in Alagoinhas * Intermediate Office package skills (desirable) Application Deadline * Until 23:59 on 15/03/2026 Job Mission Responsible for performing low-complexity tasks, alternating theoretical basic course learning with the operational department’s needs. Main Responsibilities * Provide support to the assigned department through electronic document and file management; * Promote practical learning by observing departmental activities; * Contribute to department/area organization; * Generate learning process follow-up reports, highlighting challenges and achievements throughout the process; * Apply procedures on equipment (for operational areas) under supervision during interventions; * Develop the 5S culture through supervision of assigned areas; * Participate in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) management by supporting departmental activities and TPM pillars; Join our team of stars!
