Passionate about developing teams, promoting engagement with sustainable results, ensuring maintenance operational excellence, and contributing to continuous process improvement with high interdepartmental relational potential. **Main Responsibilities:** Responsible for coordinating and controlling electrical and mechanical maintenance activities across bottling lines, including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance of machines and equipment—contributing to efficiency, productivity, and equipment availability within deadlines, applicable legislation, quality standards, and at the lowest possible cost through appropriate resource allocation. **Requirements:** **Education:** Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related fields **Technical Knowledge:** Knowledge in Automation, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, Electrical Systems, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Major Shutdown Maintenance, and ERP systems. NR-10 and NR-13 certification courses. Solid experience in Maintenance Management and multidisciplinary team leadership. Experience in the Beverage Industry, preferably medium-to-large scale. Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, and PowerPoint.
