Key Responsibilities Operate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all equipment in the assigned production line, ensuring compliance with existing operational standards and acquired competencies; Must be an expert in at least one piece of equipment on the assigned production line; Conduct periodic inspections of the process and product to control and record quality parameters according to established standards by executing MCO (Maintenance of Operational Conditions) routines; Independently perform mechanical or electrical maintenance interventions (as per qualification) by executing planned maintenance orders issued under their name and responding to emergency stoppages during production across all equipment on the line. Responsible for critically evaluating CILT for continuous improvement; Support the development of Production Technicians I and II through on-the-job training; Perform laboratory analyses of soda concentration, additives, chlorine, and pH in bottle washers; soda concentration and pH in pasteurizers; soda concentration and pH in fillers; as well as CO2 content and foreign gas determination (e.g., oxygen, nitrogen) in carbonated beverages; Conduct quality inspections to prevent rework; Academic Qualifications Completed technical course in Electrical Engineering or Automation.
