Job Summary: The professional will assist in verifying and recording invoices, calculating Simples Nacional, and preparing ancillary tax obligations, contributing to the optimization of tax processes. We are currently experiencing accelerated growth and significant achievements, evidenced by the recent Series A investment we received*.* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify and record incoming and outgoing invoices in the Domínio system; * Assist in importing and validating tax-related data; * Support Simples Nacional calculation under guidance from the analyst or department manager; * Contribute to preparing and submitting ancillary tax obligations, including: * DCTFWeb; * EFD\-Reinf; * DeSTDA; * Ágio SP; * Support preparation of municipal declarations and other routine tax tasks; * Monitor deadlines and assist in fulfilling tax and fiscal obligations; * Collaborate with the team to improve departmental processes and controls. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing technical or undergraduate studies in Accounting Sciences, Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in the tax area, preferably with companies under Simples Nacional or Presumed Profit regimes; * Basic knowledge of tax legislation and tax calculation; * Familiarity with the Domínio system is desirable; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Organized, detail-oriented, and good communication skills. **Additional Information** **Medical Plan (SulAmérica):** Taking care of your health is essential—count on a solid plan to stay well. **Dental Plan (SulAmérica):** To keep your smile beautiful and healthy. **Meal/Voucher Allowance (Swile):** Your meal and/or food allowance on a single, practical, and modern card.
