After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of its founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and duties** * Work at points of sale, performing product replenishment, shelf organization and cleaning, and strategic placement of Ypê products to boost sales. * Approach consumers to increase direct sales and disseminate knowledge about Ypê products, providing technical information and clarifying consumer questions. * Execute campaigns, ensuring customer understanding and engagement with MPDV (merchandising material) activations and creative extra-end displays, in line with the company’s strategy. * Implement practical actions to enhance the company’s image (its values and brand), spreading best practices in execution and strengthening customer relationships to ensure successful negotiations. * Replenish products, prioritizing items with the highest stock-out rate, following guidance from the Execution Guide, and price them accordingly. * Carry out cross-merchandising activations, displaying products according to consumption occasions. * Monitor points of sale, conducting daily mobile-based execution surveys and reporting competitor activities, new product launches, MPDVs, campaigns, and other relevant information to the immediate supervisor, gathering insights for company decision-making. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a sales promoter in the consumer goods sector is desirable. **Worth mentioning:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. **Additional information** **See what we offer:** * Monthly product basket. * Health and dental insurance plans. * “Cuidar” Program: focused on health care and social assistance for you and your family. * Meal allowance. * PPR – Profit-sharing program. * Payroll-deductible loan. * Study grant. * Life insurance with coverage up to 24 monthly salaries. * Gym benefit (Wellhub).
