**How you will contribute to this challenge:**
You will be responsible for coordinating the Electrical Maintenance area, ensuring the availability and reliability of industrial systems and equipment. You will plan and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations (NR-10, NR-12, and NR-35) and maximizing the performance of the plant’s electrical assets. Additionally, you will lead initiatives focused on continuous improvement, energy efficiency, and operational cost optimization, promoting safety, standardization, and sustainability of operations.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities:**
* Plan and supervise electrical maintenance activities for motors, panels, frequency inverters, sensors, and transportation and grinding systems;
* Monitor and analyze performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, and maintenance costs), proposing improvement actions;
* Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards by conducting periodic inspections and team training;
* Lead and develop the technical team, promoting engagement, 5S standardization, and sound operational practices;
* Conduct failure analysis and support automation and energy efficiency projects;
* Interact with Production, Engineering, and PCM departments to ensure adherence to schedules and technical alignment across departments;
* Maintain organization of the electrical workshop, spare parts inventory control, and update maintenance history records.
**Requirements to apply:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Mechatronics;
* Technical knowledge of electrical control systems, inverters, MCCs, and industrial automation systems;
* Solid experience in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of industrial equipment;
* Experience leading technical teams and performing failure analysis;
* Knowledge of NR-10, NR-12, and NR-35 regulations.
**You’ll stand out if you have:**
* Experience with PCM (Maintenance Planning and Control);
* Experience with automation projects, energy efficiency initiatives, and Lean or TPM methodologies;
* NR-10 SEP and NR-35 certifications;
* Prior work experience in food, milling, or continuous manufacturing industries.
